COMPLETE FIRE SAFETY used to be a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and our training courses were Competency Based and registered with the Public Safety Training Package but because we did not renew our RTO status due to a number of reasons our courses are no longer Recognised Nationally, therefore, instead of issuing a Statement of Attainment once the course is completed we issue a Statement of Completion. The training courses we can deliver are the same as accredited training courses and cover Fire Safety Awareness (National Code PUAWER001B), Fire Safety & Fire Fighting Equipment (Confine Small Workplace Emergencies-National Code PUAWER008B), Floor/Area Wardens & Wardens (National Code PUAWER005B) and Chief Wardens & Deputy Chief Wardens (National Code PUAWER006B). Complete Fire Safety personnel have been delivering training courses to Professional and Volunteer Fire Fighters and the public for more than 30 years. Our experience comes from many years at the Tasmania Fire Service, The Hobart Fire Brigade and at TasFire Training, the Tasmania Fire Service’s Training Complex at Cambridge in Southern Tasmania.
The Training Courses we have developed & delivered include;

Our trainers are qualified with Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment and can tailor a training course to suit the work site.
CFS does not conduct generic Training Courses at our site, only specific courses at the workplace or via our E-Learning/Self Paced Packages on-line.

Training courses that can be conducted at a workplace are:
- Fire Safety Awareness (1.5 Hours), $450.00 per course. (Maximum 12 persons)
- Fire Safety & Fire Fighting Equipment (2 Hours), $1,250.00 per course. (Maximum 12 persons)
- Emergency Wardens Course (4 Hours) covers Chief Wardens, Deputy Chief Wardens, Floor/Area Wardens & Wardens, $1,350.00 per course. (Up to 20 persons per course)

SIMULATED FIRE TRAINING.
COMPLETE FIRE SAFETY training courses utilise the very latest in digital, laser technology to ensure complete training safety. Our training simulators use advanced technology to simulate a fire and with the use of the laser Dry Chemical Powder fire extinguishers you can now have a completely clean, safe and cost effective training experience.
Features of this training system include environmentally friendly, clean, safety and realistic training. You can now have all your staff trained in fire extinguisher and fire blanket use without going off site or even outside. We can put the fat fire simulator in the kitchen and the fire extinguisher simulator in an office, in a bedroom, in the hallway, in an operating theatre, in the store, in fact almost anywhere you want. We can even add smoke to enhance the effect and all with no mess, no petrol, no fumes, no powder, no injuries, no pollution and no allergic reactions you are assured of all participants health & safety.
Fire Extinguisher Training:
We have a digital training simulator that has flames that sense where the student aims and sweeps the laser training extinguisher and automatically varies the LED driven digital flames in response to the student’s actions. If the extinguisher is not used correctly the fire will not be extinguished. The training extinguisher weighs the same, sounds the same and lasts as long as a real extinguisher.
Fire Blanket Training:
We have developed our own unique Fat Fire Simulator. This training prop replicates a pot of fat on fire and each person uses a fire blanket to put out the fat fire without any danger of getting burnt.
LIVE FIRE TRAINING.
COMPLETE FIRE SAFETY can also provide fire safety and equipment training using live fires in a controlled environment at our training facility close to Hobart or at your work place if you have a safe, cleared area.
Fire Extinguisher Training:
We have a fire pad where we can light a fire in a controlled environment and each person uses a real fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire.
Fire Blanket Training:
We also light a fire in a frypan to simulate a cooking oil fire and each person uses a fire blanket to extinguish the fire.
